The holiday season is always filled with great events, and one tradition we look forward to every year is attending the Los Angeles Auto Show for the Bob Smith CNCDA Job Fair. Our Pierce College Automotive students had the chance to meet directly with top industry employers such as Longo Toyota, New Century BMW, Airport Marina Ford, Sierra Los Angeles, Bob Smith BMW, Keys Lexus, and many more.

It was an incredible opportunity for students to network, connect with industry leaders, gain valuable career insights and enjoy free lunch and free admission to the LA Auto Show, where they explored some of the most impressive cars on display. This year, over 61 students attended, making it one of our best turnouts yet. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

SEMA Show 2025

It’s been an exciting week here at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Our Pierce College Automotive students and instructors made the trip from Los Angeles to Nevada to take part in the biggest automotive event of the year.

SEMA is an event where colleges and high schools from across the country come together to network, learn directly from industry professionals, and of course, enjoy some of the most impressive cars in the world. It’s not just a show but it’s an opportunity to connect, grow, and get inspired.

This year, we brought over 20 students which is a significant increase from recent years and for many of them, it was their first ever SEMA experience. They had the opportunity to share this moment with classmates, friends, and family, making it even more meaningful.
