Hey everyone it's been a while, just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone to stay hydrated and healthy during this heatwave and if you start to feel off take a break and let your system rest and refresh. Stay safe everyone!

Take everything one step at a time, there are plenty of things to do to keep your mind and body in shape during the down time that were having. Learn something new, meditate, put on some good music, work on some new recipes.....plenty to do and plenty to be thankful for right in front of you.Be patient and be well everyone.

Don't neglect the power of plyometrics! If you can't get the gym get out and get moving in nature!
Been working hard on fitness and no progress, make some changes and keep at it summer right around the corner.
It's been cold and wet, prevent injury by warming up and taking the time to stretch
So it's almost the end of the month and the most important thing for anyone to remember with fitness is to be patient with the program, diet and progress just because you may thing you hit a wall doesn't mean that you actually did...and if you did, make a small adjustment and that should get you back on track. 👍
It's wet and cold across the nation, so 1. Bundle up and stay warm and safe! 2. Take vitamins and stay hydrated to keep your immune system up. 3. Stay working out, get a chair find a rail and do some body squats and pushups, roll out a comfy rug and do some crunches and leg raises. There are plenty of workouts to keep you going and away from boredom during the storms if it's to bad you be out on the roads! Need a routine? Drop me a line!
Take it step by step.....don't get caught up in everything you see online or other people's fitness game plans that may or may not fit your life and goals. Make a plan, set some goals that you can keep and build from there. Don't get down or feel embarrassed because of someone else being different. It's the new year.....go make a new you!
