Ready, Set, Gold! is proud to share our Summer Impact Newsletter covering schools and events during 25/26. Our amazing Olympians and Paralympians have impacted over 40,000 students, staff, families and community members this season. In schools they teach health and fitness through the lens of social and emotional learning. At events we draw crowds to demonstrate sports and inspire people of all ages!

With LA28 less than two years away, RSG! Is generating excitement for the games and modeling Olympic and Paralympic values for a life-long legacy.

Ready, Set, Gold! is excited to be part of the YMCA Crenshaw Classic All-Comers Track Meet this Saturday at Caroline Coleman Field in Inglewood!

Paralympian Isaac Jean-Paul and Olympians Prince Mumba, Queen Harrison-Claye, and Will Claye will engage with competitors throughout the day, including a special meet-and-greet with photos and words of inspiration.

Thank you to YMCA Crenshaw for hosting this incredible community event presented by the LA84 Foundation. With more than 500 participants expected, RSG! is honored to help inspire the next generation to be their best! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏅

Ready, Set, Gold! is proud to partner with the LA Rams and USA Football for the Long Beach Girls Flag Football Jamboree, May 30th at Cabrillo High School! Over 20 Girls Flag Football teams will compete in a tournament and all youth are invited to clinics in flag football, rugby and track & field with RSG! Olympians Gia Trevisan, Nia Toliver and Tasha Danvers!

Don’t miss this community event celebrating the development of flag football as it debuts in the LA28 Games!

🌟Last week, we teamed up with ICEF at the Expo Center for their 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Day! 500 students attended from 7 schools, played 9 sports, and worked with 12 Ready, Set, Gold! Olympic & Paralympic athletes!

Tasha Danvers, Prince Mumba, Isaac Jean-Paul, and Tiffeny Parker led track & field 🏃‍♀️ Nia Toliver, ICEF alum, led flag rugby 🏉 Kim Glass led volleyball 🏐 Raj Bhavsar and Cassidy Krug led gymnastics 🤸‍♂️ and Jack O’Neil, Noelani Day, Lani Cabrera, and Anicka Delgado led swimming🏊‍♂️! Students also got to play basketball, soccer, rowing, and flag football!

🥇At the closing ceremonies, students were awarded medals for following the Olympic & Paralympic values of excellence, friendship, respect, courage, determination, inspiration, and equality.

Thank you to ICEF for your partnership on this great event, we’re excited to continue these impactful programs leading up to the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games and beyond!
