There are really only two requirements when it comes to exercise. One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it.

Renegade rows with Dane Joseph. He's using 20lb dumbbells. You can go much lighter. You can also wrap the handles with small towels if they hurt your hands and you don't have gloves. Notice he keeping his elbows back behind him to put less pressure on the shoulder girdle. Also he is not hyperextending his shoulders by dipping his chest below the weights. Get to work
