• Level 2/3 Routine: Miss Janet Jackson

Last weekend, Coach Marcus E. Hammond-Cook was live on location at The Beach Wellness Summit: The Vegan Taste experience, with Alice Raibon of The Dopest Social Workout held at the Dockweiler Youth Center in the Playa Del Ray area of Los Angeles.

Her Bootcamp class kicked our butt in the best way possible! It worked all major muscle groups, had modifications for people with physical limitations, and she didn't rudely just bark out instructions: she demonstrated every move, did them with us, and was firm, yet encouraging.

This event was sponsored by Black Wellness and Fitness Collective. 2 THUMBS UP! Such a great experience!
