ow to engage in the life, loves, thoughts, work, activities and relationships that bring and keep you in alignment with your bright, shining authentic self. Confusion, fear, apathy, doubt and myriad other psycho-social-spiritual ills keep us from living the lives we were meant to: lives filled with happiness and joy as well as meaningful and fulfilling work and service. My gift, purpose and pleasure is to help people find, open up to, and pursue their passions and gifts. With the guidance of Spirit, I help others clear confusion and doubt, develop actionable strategies, provide compassionate support, and, at times, administer a little tough love. I do this work because I believe that each human being has a unique chemistry—a special makeup of talents, gifts, abilities and character and personality traits—that cannot and will not ever be replicated, and that it is each person's responsibility to live his or her fullest and most authentic life so he or she can be a blessing to themselves, their loved ones and their wider community. I believe that when people deny their gifts, smother their passions and squelch their dreams not only do they as individuals suffer, but their community and the world at large suffer because no contribution, no gift, no genuine act of love or service is small. There is a ripple effect that is always at work, meaning that a simple gesture of kindness or cruelty can have a global impact. Consider the theory that if Hi**er as an aspiring artist had been critiqued more kindly that the Holocaust would never have happened, or consider recent history: the struggles of a single mother lead to the development of the man who would become America's first minority president. In other words, your unique contribution matters greatly—more than you can imagine. This is why I say that now is the time to pursue your dreams, follow your bliss, live your passion, cultivate your gifts, and dwell in peace and happiness. It is your right and your responsibility. Now that you are ready to make the shift to living your unique expression of life, I am excited to accompany and assist you in your journey.

I'm am so amazed by how our weekly community wellness circles are unfolding. Each has been unique and exactly what it was meant to be AND different from the expectations and image I had in my head. I am grateful that that I have the opportunity to do this work.

Very true. Take a deep breath, and recognize where you end and the other person begins. Operate from a place of compassion, and you will know how best to navigate the situation.
