Join McCarthy Faculty in Residence Trisha Tucker and special guest Colin Dickey for a fascinating look at the sociology and psychology of conspiracy theories. A writer, speaker, and USC alum, Dickey has made a career out of collecting unusual objects and hidden histories all over the country. His book “Ghostland: An American History in Haunted Places” was named one of NPR's Great Reads of 2016. With Sprinkles cupcakes!

You're invited to perform at our Residential College's signature annual event, Cowlings Art Showcase, on Wed. April 11st from 7:30pm-9:30pm in UVN #1200 (the newly opened space next to the bike room). There will be tons of free catered appetizers, a community art piece, student artwork displayed, a line-up of live performances, and raffle prizes.

Are you interested in Dance and Choreography? Or perhaps film and TV production? Do you have a sweet tooth and are in need of an unusual dessert that cannot be found anywhere on campus? Or maybe you just need a study break for an hour?

If you said yes to any of these (or even if you didn’t), then please come to our weekly Tuesday Tea today, 2/20/18 @ 8 pm in McCarthy Room 1100. Our special guest is Mary Ann Kellogg, who is a professional dancer and choreographer for film and TV. Mary Ann danced for several years with Twyla Tharp, and has produced dance for many films and shows you have probably seen: Madmen, Re**er Madness, Little Mary Sunshine, and many more.

We will have the usual tea, as well as special desserts from Dolly Llama.
