I’ve been not posting about yoga because me talking about myself is just about the last thing the world needs right now, but I do want to put my class schedule out because we have to practice self care in order to stay focused, motivated, and not be bogged down in negativity, grief, rage, or whatever else we are feeling. And just to clarify, there is absolutely nothing wrong with those emotions, but they are fatiguing to say the least. These classes are all donation based and no one will be turned away if they cannot make a donation. So if you know folks who are out marching, who have not been working, who are writing their representatives, or who are completely shut down because of their pain, please invite them. Yoga is the practice of connecting with ourselves and we all need that right now, and always ✌🏿✌🏾✌🏽✌🏼✌🏻

*MONDAY- Restorative 5pm

*TUESDAY- Flow 9:30am

*THURSDAY- Flow 9:30am, Barre noon

*SUNDAY- Flow 9:30am

*DM me for links or head to my website. You will need some pillows, a blanket, and something to function as a strap for restorative (a strap from a bag works great). You will also want light weights and a chair, countertop, or back of a couch for Barre.

*I also teach classes for Fridays and Tuesdays and Fridays and would LOVE to have you. You just sign up through their websites and to clarify, these are not donation based classes but they are wonderful studios that need your support right now too. 💗
