It was a rare rainy night in Newport Beach but we had a great private dining party hosted by at a one of a kind private residence.

The theme for the night was Persian. Chef Sara and her team started the course with barely chicken soup and roasted eggplant salad with fresh herb pickled vegetables. Then moved on to aromatic chicken and lamb with saffron rice. To end this night, we had a Persian tea, baklava and crème brûlée. Another great meal by the team of Harvested Soul!



ニューポートビーチのゴージャスなお宅でのプライベートディナーイベントに参加してきました。シェフがこの夜展開したメニューはペルシャ料理。バーリーチキンスープとエッグプラントのローストサラダから始まり、ハーブたっぷりのチキンとラムのロースト。最後にはペルシャティーとバクラバ、そしてクランブレーで閉まりました。友人達との楽しい会話にも盛り上がったひとときでした。

Private pasta making night! Our brother-in-law treated us to an exclusive event at Marriott Hotel, led by talented chefs. The evening concluded with a specially curated menu by the chefs! What a fantastic night!
