Keeping the Tradition Alive 🇲🇽
There’s something truly special about hearing live mariachi music fill the air. Mariachi “Los Mustangs” brought that magic to La Plaza, sharing a timeless classic with everyone there: “La Bamba.”

Moments like this remind us why music education matters. Through programs like Salesian’s mariachi education, these students are learning to master their craft and keep rich cultural traditions moving forward. Proud to see their hard work in action. 🎺✨ Join the conversation ⬇️

It was an honor to witness the profound artistry of Mariachi Los Mustangs with The Mata Family performing “El Cascabel” at the LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes Fiestas Patrias. Beyond the incredible musicianship, there is a deep spiritual resonance in traditional mariachi music—a heartfelt expression of faith, heritage, and community that deeply grounds our culture. We are truly blessed to share in these moments of living tradition. 🎻🙏🇲🇽
