By the year 2025, we want 60 percent of the American population, particularly low-income, first-generation, foster youth, and underrepresented students, to enroll in some form of postsecondary education and graduate with a high-quality college degree or workforce relevant certificate and/or credential.

Bring your Cameras, Phones, IPad or anything you can take pictures with and have the opportunity to WIN a full tuition scholarship towards the NAPCA SUMMER ACADEMY 2015. All you have to do is take pictures of your awesome moments at the program and submit through the link. Everyone will have the chance to look at your submission and vote on the best picture. Hello Everyone! Through some inconvenient complications with the Summer Residential Program and SAT & ACT BootCamp, these programs will be cancelled during this summer until further noticed.

I am sorry everyone who applied to the NAPCA Summer Residential Program and the SAT & ACT Test Prep BootCamp, there has been an inconvenient situation that has come about having these two programs at Cal Poly Pomona. Until further notice, we apologize that this conflict has happened. We Cannot let this break us, We will continue to Break Through Barriers and move forward.
