About C-CAP and Los Angeles-- a national non-profit that prepares at-risk high school students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. For the past 25 years, C-CAP has provided job training and internships, scholarships, teacher training, cooking competitions, college and career advising and product and equipment donations. just loves .rosenthal . Tonight he and the fantastic Chef, the other Phil at the .la made sure we were all feed well and full of all his wonderful stories as well. He's an inspiration and a funny guy. Phil come talk to our students when you have time.

What a great event put on tonight. Thank you to the awesome kids who i got to meet and who went to Jr Bootcamp this past summer with 3 of our Jr's. They all said hello to you guys.

This past weekend C•CAP students teamed up with at the seafood festival, and they crushed it. Not only did they gain incredible hands on experience but they were part of the winning team. Wife and the Somm took home BEST OF THE FEST 2025. Great job!!!!!!
