Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool

Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool has been dedicated to serving the Hollywood area and providing quality, individual and arts-centered early education.

Our founder, Shelley Acton, an educator for nearly 30 years, named the school to honor the memory of Delaney Wright who through her battle with cancer, symbolizes the wonder and promise of childhood and serves as a constant reminder of the courage, strength, and creativity we hope to foster in each child who walks through our doors. We strive to center our purposes, goals and overall focus around the individual needs and interests of the children. We endeavor to provide all of our children with a responsive, nurturing and stimulating environment in which they can reach their full potential as happy, competent and productive human beings. We are open Monday through Friday
from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

We offer daycare and preschool
for children ages 18 months to those entering kindergarten

Children need not be toilet trained to attend

Parents may choose full day or half day options
as well as part week options

We offer meaningful, developmentally and cognitively appropriate curriculum that sparks children’s natural learning styles. Your child’s day at DWFAP is full of exploration, hands-on experiences, and fun!

Today our preschoolers performed in front of their families and everyone who helps them grow each day at our annual Spring Show Celebration.

A huge thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make these performances so special. From the beautiful decorations to the creative costumes, the audio, and all the filming—none of this would be possible without you.

You are the unsung heroes who bring everything together, often without the spotlight, but always making the magic happen. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so grateful for all that you do. 💛

It’s these little things that truly make this such an amazing preschool experience for our young ones.

At Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool, safety is our top priority. Regular drills like this help our students and staff practice what to do in case of an earthquake, ensuring everyone is calm, confident, and prepared.
We’re proud of our young learners for taking part and always being ready! 💪
