HISTORY WAS MADE.
Yesterday, the FDA officially removed the misleading black box warning on all hormone replacement therapy products.
A huge win for women’s health — and for truth, respect, and care. 🙌
Three years ago, I couldn’t even say the “M word” to my (male) business partner.
Yes, menopause.
Back then, it felt shameful. Embarrassing.
Now? I feel more alive, connected, and empowered than ever before.
It’s incredible how far we’ve come — and how far we still have to go.
Let’s keep this conversation alive. Let’s keep supporting each other through this chapter with grace, dignity, wisdom, and love. 💗
