Take ownership of your life. Forgive who you need to forgive, heal your wounds, deal with your trauma, face your insecurities, figure out a plan and move forward. I find it easier to take time alone as I process my life circumstances. I like to quiet my thoughts and come back stronger with a solid strategy for growth but everyone is different. Whatever method works best for you, please make sure your next move is your best move.

Healing is a journey

I often remind my clients, they did the best they could do with the knowledge, challenges and resources they had at the time. Instead of beating themselves up, we focus that energy on doing better next time.
