I've been reflecting on this in my own life, my own art.

What I choose to look for is what I find. When I look for beauty, I find beauty. When I look for miracles, I find miracles. When I look for the next step up in my climb, I find it.

When I look for danger, I find it. When I look for hard times I find it. When I look for impossible, odds and competition, I find it.

Whatever I decide to look for I'm gonna find.

Our job as artists is to learn what to look for in life, every step of the way. If we train our mind to look for the next stone in the river that leads us to where we want to be, we will always find it. We WILL cross the river.

What you find are the building blocks of what you create.

If you want to build yourself into the ultimate singer - the ultimate artist, you need to look for proof that you already are.

And the truths - the breadcrumbs you find along the way become the infrastructure over which you built your art.

My life, my voice, my identity is built upon the truth that I seek.

If you want to be an extraordinary singer, you have to learn how to look for the proof that you already are and excavate those ARTifacts, build upon them and then repeat. Keep looking for proof of magic. You will always find it.

The Artist Uprising is a community, which is a MOVEMENT, an evolution, a revolution, a way for you to come back to yourself, to your deepest layers of truth, to your essence, to your center, artistically and as a human being.

I am here to guide you back to Source, whatever that means to you, and show you how to reveal yourself through your voice. Whether that's through becoming an incredible singer or a public speaker, a coach, a writer, etc. your voice is your soul's echo. Let there be no mistake.

2. something you are able to turn a blind eye to, you have come to the wrong place.

💙💙This is Frank who came from the pound to us yesterday. We have since learned that Frank’s beloved owner passed away, and Frank stayed loyally by his side for 1–2 weeks until help arrived. It’s a heartbreaking story, but it speaks volumes about Frank’s devotion and spirit.
At 12 years old, Frank has been through a lot. He has no teeth and is missing half his lower jaw. Blood work from the vet revealed a few anomalies, but rest assured, every one of them will be attended to.
Today, Jen our wonderful foster carer and groomer gave Frank a makeover and fell completely in love. She’s now fostering him until he finds his forever home. Because despite everything, Frank still has charisma. He’s gentle, soulful, and full of quiet charm.
We’re so grateful he’s safe now. Welcome to Denise at Paws Inc., Frank. You’re already deeply loved.
