Today, the Notre Dame Academy community gathered for one of our most time-honored traditions: Mary’s Day. 🩵During our final Mass of the 2025–2026 school year, the 2026 Archdiocesan Christian Service Award recipient had the special honor of 👑crowning Mary, continuing a beautiful NDA tradition rooted in faith, service, and devotion. 🙏
In his homily, Msgr. Jim Forsen reminded our community of the courage and trust it took for Mary to say “yes” to God, encouraging all of us to live with that same openness, faith, and willingness to serve others. Deacon Dick Williams concelebrated the Mass, and our Campus Ministry team did a wonderful job preparing such a meaningful and prayerful liturgy for the community. ✝️
Following Mass, students celebrated the close of the school year with yearbook signing, laughter with friends, and a fun surprise activity that brought joyful energy to campus as we prepare for graduation and summer ahead.🫶🏻✨
A beautiful day of faith, friendship, tradition, and celebration at NDA.

Notre Dame Academy is proud to celebrate the signings and college commitments of Lidia C. and Sophia S.! ❤️💫
Lidia led by example throughout her time at NDA, bringing versatility, determination, and a powerful shot to the field. This season, NDA coaches asked her to take on a new position, and she embraced the challenge while playing a pivotal role in the Regals’ Angelus League championship season. This year, she earned Soccer Team MVP and All-Angelus League First-Team honors.
Lidia will study Sociology & Kinesiology and play ⚽️soccer for Santa Monica College.
Sophia is known for her energy, jumping celebrations, and her kind way of lifting her teammates up. As the libero, Sophia kept countless balls alive and made numerous momentum-changing digs. This year, she earned the Regal Legacy Award for both NDA Volleyball and Beach Volleyball. She was named the Mission League Beach Volleyball MVP and to the All-Mission League First Team (BVB).

It was a record-breaking evening filled with the NDA spirit.
