Instead, tell them it is okay to feel scared and that you will tackle these feelings together. For worried families, having a plan helps reduce fear. This plan could include knowing your rights and having emergency contacts ready. There are tools available, such as "Red Cards," that explain your rights to remain silent and ask for a lawyer. Up to $8,000,000 for the Marshall Islands and Micronesia
$21,000,000 for research, evaluation, and Federal administrative costs, which is the same as the FY2025 level
$810 million for the Community Services Block Grant, an increase of $6 million
$8.8 billion for the discretionary portion of the Child Care and Development Block Grant, an increase of $85 million above the 2025 level
$315 million for Preschool Development Grants
