At the middle school level, I implemented and monitored common core curriculum for public, parochial and private school systems and prepared students for the Mathematics portion of the Los Angeles Archdiocese's annual Academic Decathlon (ACADECA) competition. In my 4 years of preparing students for the competition, 5 of my students finished in the top 7 of 125 schools, twice finishing third. My students almost always received their first choices for high school to include: Archer, Bishop Montgomery, CAMS, Chadwick, Crossroads, Harvard-Westlake, Immaculate Heart, Loyola, Mayfield, Notre Dame, Providence, Ribet, Rolling Hills Prep, and many more. We have assembled a team of dedicated and proven educators and mentors prepared to assist you in virtually any topic. In all the aforementioned, we set high standards for our students with a casual but focused attitude. We are all well versed with the use of technology in modern instruction, common core standards, and both formal and informal assessment methods.
