With the removal of another well known (male) pastor from pastoral ministry due to an inappropriate relationship with a woman (not his wife, to state the obvious) I want to remind ministry leaders to meditate afresh on this helpful article by Randy Alcorn:

This seems to me to be a wise and good move for the Southern Baptist Convention of churches. I think this articles reasons are sound and persuasive and I recommend all SBC 2024 messengers support this motion.

If I were going this year I would’ve voted in support of it.
