For the last 14 years, Tess Feldman has represented asylum seekers and refugees pursuing safety, stability, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
As a supervising attorney with the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic (), Feldman works closely with individuals and families navigating an increasingly complex immigration system. Through that work, she has seen firsthand how policy decisions can shape a person’s ability to survive, support their family, and move forward with dignity.

Drawing on years of experience representing asylum seekers, Feldman offers a perspective grounded not only in law and policy, but in the realities faced by the communities she serves.

Affinity graduation ceremonies celebrate not only the academic achievements of Loyola graduates, but also the communities, cultures, and identities that supported and shaped them throughout their law school journeys.
Throughout commencement weekend, the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (), Black Law Students Association (), and Latinx Law Students Association () hosted ceremonies recognizing the achievements, dedication, and contributions of their graduating students.
Surrounded by family, friends, mentors, and loved ones, graduates were celebrated for both how far they have come and the communities that supported them along the way.
