UCLA Intergroup Dialogue Program - IGR

We’re back and we have a ton of events we are bringing to you this Fall Quarter. We’ve kept your last year’s favorites and added some new but don’t be fooled, we have brand new dialogue for every single one. If you enjoyed our events last year, we hope to see you again and if you’ve never participated, we welcome you! A free meal with great dialogue prepared for you, we hope to see ya’ll there!

Diversity Peer Leaders are paid student interns in the Intergroup Dialogue Program, a program in the Bruin Resource Center. Diversity Peer Leaders (DPLs) are graduate and undergraduate students who use the skills of dialogue to build understanding across differences and to resolve conflicts. DPLs serve as peer facilitators of small group dialogue – both series and one-time dialogues – and lead workshops on issues of identity, diversity, and campus climate.

DPLs will work 5-10 hours per week, each quarter. This position is for the entire 2019-2020 academic year.
