How do we chart the emergence of a conscious psychological process? ๐ง ๐บ๏ธ Join us for our upcoming Jung At Heart presentation, "Jungian Psychology: A Consciousness-Raising Practice," featuring Jungian analyst Marybeth Carter, PhD.
In this paradigm, analysis is seen as a process by which the individual is gradually able to re-integrate formerly split-off parts of the self. We will examine Jungโs ideas regarding the stages of consciousness as a means of mapping this transformative journey toward cohesion and self-agency.

Mental health is not a state of static perfection, nor is it merely the absence of illness. It is an ongoing dialogue with the deeper layers of our own psyche.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we honor the courage it takes to engage in the inner workโto look into the shadows, integrate the complex parts of ourselves, and move toward wholeness rather than perfection. True psychological well-being means making space for all parts of our lived experience, recognizing that even our deepest struggles often hold the seeds of transformation and individuation.
Let us treat our inner worlds, and each other, with patience, curiosity, and radical compassion. ๐๐ฑ
