Resilience Tip for Teenagers struggling to cope with learning during COVID-19:
I need for you to be creative! Some of the most resilient people in the world is or were creative. I understand it can be difficult coping and learning through this pandemic. But I want you to consider something....
.you will eventually go back to the school grounds at some point, but what will you extract from this season to prepare you for the next season? For the next school year?
I believe in you, let's go get it!

Teenage Youth (12-18 years old):
Who will you become after COVID-19?
We can't control the fact that schools (maybe yours) were cancelled due to this pandemic. However, your learning tool should not come exclusively from the classroom. Who you will be in the classroom next year will actually be linked to who you were outside of the classroom. While you're at home with your families, take time to cherish the moments you have. But also don't slack in your learning experience.
Let's grow and push ourselves so that if or when school begins next year, we will be ahead of the curve.
I believe in you, now let's go get it!
Young people:
As school has closed for the rest of the year, don't neglect the importance of continuing to get educated. Education is not based solely on what is taught in the classroom.
We will get through this together!!
For every teenage youth:
Stay the course! Don't give up and don't give in because what's on the other side is greater than the temporary pain you're experiencing.
What will you create and build in the midst of the current crisis?

Resilience Tip for Teens and Young Adults:
Stay On Course! During this time of the school year where we are approaching spring and summer, it's easy to get distracted and lose sight of the ultimate goal. I want you to stay laser focused during the remainder of the school year, and to never stop until completion.
Let's stay on course!
