There's a lot that hypervigilance blocks us from doing and experiencing in life. Sometimes, we can't even SEE or SENSE what we're missing out on. Trust me - it's worth healing this and accessing your authentic, meaningful life.
I hope to see you today Tuesday, May 19th @ 1pm PT!

Healing hypervigilance is nothing short of life-changing. Seriously.
That might sound hyperbolic, but just imagine dissolving that layer of constant anxiety (and finally feeling like you can relax and trust yourself and others).
Here's the benefits of doing this healing work:
👉🏼 Underlying anxiety isn't just managed. It goes away. This is crucial to understand: people don't develop better coping strategies for anxiety. The anxiety itself ceases because the hypervigilance that generates it is no longer necessary.
👉🏼 Your exploration system activates. This is your capacity to pursue what's genuinely meaningful to you. When hypervigilance is active, the attachment system stays activated, which deactivates the exploration system. This means that you can pursue activities and interests that genuinely matter to you;
discover what provides authentic meaning in your life; stop pursuing only what culture deems valuable; and finally engage in primary exploration (activities meaningful in themselves) rather than just secondary exploration (gathering resources to survive)
👉🏼 Your actions become spontaneous and effortless (rather than calculated). This is a fundamental shift: you operate differently in the world without having to think about it. Liberating!
If you're ready to feel more at ease, trust yourself and the people in your life, and explore all that intrigues you...then join us for the LIVE workshop on 5/19 >

✨Join us for our next LIVE workshop on Tues, May 19th - it’s called 🌱From Hypervigilance to Trust🌱: How to Heal Anxiety, Emotional Guardedness, and Disconnection Through Attachment Repair ✨
Many people move through relationships carrying a constant sense of vigilance, scanning for rejection, abandonment, disappointment, conflict, or emotional danger
(without even realizing it).
Over time, these protective patterns can create anxiety, emotional shutdown, overthinking, distancing, people-pleasing, or difficulty fully trusting others. It’s exhausting and painful.
So, what does it take to end the constant cycles of guardedness and anxiety in relationships? How can we open our hearts and connect more authentically?

🍃If you want greater balance in your relationships, clearer awareness, and more secure
functioning overall, then keep reading. Here's what improves across your whole life when you go through the Meditation x Attachment Level Two program (which begins June 3, 2026):
👉🏼Emotional Regulation
✨Better handling of intense emotions: Use thinking to regulate when feelings exceed capacity, distinguishing raw present-moment sensing from past-conditioned meanings.
✨Reduced reactivity: Evaluate meaning accuracy (e.g., "snake" vs. rope), avoiding procedural autopilot (fight/flight/freeze) and habitual responses.
✨Embodied emotional awareness: Turn on conscious feelings (esp. for dismissing types), restoring empathy and spontaneity without over-monitoring.
👉🏼Relationships and Communication
✨Mutual understanding: Transliterate experiences into others' terms (cherries/raspberries/mangoes metaphor) for collaborative exchanges; elicit how they need care.
✨Predictability and reliability: Consistent responses (less chaotic flashing between patterns in disorganized attachment); others trust you more.
✨Fewer conflicts/repairs: Track self-other effects, adjust in real-time, bridge gaps (e.g., preoccupied with dismissive sibling), sustain hope instead of repeated fixes.
✨Secure functioning: Automatic spontaneity with monitoring; care for each other without burdening one side.
Ready to heal your attachment disturbances and live with security? Your relationships, your sense of self, your career, your WHOLE life will transform. Link in bio to sign up and we’ll see you June 3, 2026 for our first virtual class with George Haas.
