Hey VCS! Back to school events next week:

VCES Meet the Teachers: August 10th, 3:30-5 on the VCES campus. If you can’t make it, pick up your student’s 26-27 welcome packet in the office on Tuesday.

VCMS Student and Parent Orientation: August 11th (check your email for timing and campus location). Reminder that orientation is mandatory.

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 12th and will follow a minimum day schedule.

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of Kristin Davidson, our VCES TK teacher. Ms. Davidson’s love for her students and gift for teaching will never be forgotten. 🤍

Lots of art 🎨 happening in TK/Kindergarten with Mrs Rywalski over the past few weeks! After studying the work of Clementine Hunter, they created their own “Zinnia” pieces, and also made colorful bird nest sculptures.
