One of our Community Service Program clients recently shared a heartfelt reflection on their experience with an HMI student hypnotherapist.

After years of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and held back by fear of failure, they described experiencing a renewed sense of motivation, accomplishment, and confidence.

𝘐𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳 "𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘢𝘺."

Instead, they found themselves taking action and accomplishing goals that had been postponed for years.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:
✔️ Taking their children fishing for the first time
✔️ Teaching their son to ride a bike without training wheels
✔️ Completing long-delayed home projects
✔️ Tackling daily tasks with confidence instead of fear
✔️ Experiencing a genuine sense of accomplishment

Perhaps the most meaningful part of their message was this:
