IT'S BACK! So excited to bring our THIRD restorative yoga/soundbath experience to the Hollywood studio!
Sunday, July 12th at 4pm. All levels, unheated. Come and take a gentle restorative yoga class led by me (), and reset your vibration with the extraordinary healing sounds by Linda () throughout this one-hour class.
SPOTS ARE LIMITED, so be sure to sign up on the CorePower app ASAP!
Mats and towels available to rent; limited blocks and straps can be borrowed in studio. Feel free to bring your own mats, towels, blocks, bolsters, pillows, stuffed animals, etc!
We validate parking up to 90 mins ($2.50) so consider carpooling or taking the Metro!

Come relax, renew and reset with a slow restorative yoga practice and healing live sound bath. Sunday, June 7th at 4pm; feel free to wear your cozy clothes and bring blocks, pillows, bolsters etc!
