Day of Giving is here! We are grateful to have many generous alumni, family and friends that consider us on days like these. Your gifts allow us to support our students as they serve their neighbors, to bring legacy programs like Special Games back to the bluff, and to immerse our students in communities to discover how complex issues require our attention, creativity and commitment.
If you are able, we'd be honored to have your support as

Join us in welcoming our new staff member, Jenni Mendez 😀
Jenni is a proud first-generation Guatemalan-American and college graduate who recently completed a Fulbright U.S. Student Grant in Romania (2021-2022). Her Fulbright experience reminded her that the world is made up of multifaceted individuals whose abundant narratives and cultural capital can enrich institutional knowledge both domestically and internationally, which is why Jenni is very excited and thankful to return to the bluff as the Assistant Director of Alternative Breaks and Advocacy.
Having previously worked and studied at LMU, Jenni looks forward to rekindling old friendships and partnerships, and creating new ones, as well as continuing to dedicate her career and graduate studies to enhancing cultural and educational exchange opportunities and access for college students, especially those from historically marginalized groups.
Originally from East Hollywood, Jenni enjoys spending time with her four-legged furry friend, Kai, trying new foods and recipes, hiking, biking, climbing (anything outdoors- you name it :))!
Welcome back to the bluff 🦁
