As we continue our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor Andre Ureña, an innovator, trailblazer, and Founding Executive Director of the Latin American Professional Alliance (LAPA), a Los Angeles-based company providing development, growth, and expansion opportunities to their members. A native of Costa Rica, Mr. Ureña started in the insurance industry by opening an all-lines agency in 1992 before going on to start the LAAA Latin American Agents Association and later founding and directing the LAPA.
