Meet the co-directors of USC Annenberg's Master of Communication Management program, Courtney Pade and Monica Koyama.

Pade built the online MCM curriculum from the ground up and has taught nearly every course in it, anchoring the program in research and communication theory. Koyama brings 25+ years of experience shaping strategy across entertainment and media, having worked on 100+ titles and franchises spanning film, TV and streaming.

Together, they leverage their backgrounds in industry and academia to develop the next generation of communicators.
