The course focuses on Japanese traditional sushi and modern American sushi styles, handling & maintaining knives, highlighting seasonal seafood & vegetables and making basic Japanese sauces.

✅Sushi rice: Types of rice, selecting rice for sushi, cooking rice in varying conditions, mixing with sushi vinegar
