What I miss most about in person auditions is seeing my fellow actors and catching up. What a pleasure to run into Efrain Figueroa today. He played my dad on NYPD Blue over 25 years ago. 😳😁

INT. UPSCALE RESTAURANT/COAT CLOSET - NIGHT
Buddy pushes Vic into the close quarters. Quick, he presses a gun to the back of Vic’s head.
BUDDY
You a cop?
Vic struggles. Buddy presses harder.
BUDDY
You are so close to being without a f**kin’ head.
VIC
Put the gun away.
BUDDY
You a cop? Answer the question.
Vic pushes Buddy off.
VIC
You’re an as***le. Am I cop? What are you talking about.
Buddy gets in Vic’s face.
BUDDY
Who’s the black guy?
VIC
What?
BUDDY
Car dealership, Route 9. You met someone black guy. You a little sweet? You come home a fag cruising the dark meat?
Vic gets it. Pushes Buddy off back.
VIC
Shoot me. Do it. Righ here in the bathroom of a club. Do it. Opportunity gone.
BUDDY
Opportunity?
VIC
Tomorrow. I’ll call you with a time and place. Don’t embarrass me.
BUDDY
You gonna try to f**k me?
VIC
I’m gonna try and do a piece of business with you. Right now, I’m going to your house to f**k your wife.
Vic walks away. Buddy stands there, dumbfounded.
