The state-of-the-art Bloom Football Performance Center has opened as the new home of USC football.
The 160,000-square-foot facility features a three-story building designed to support every aspect of the student-athlete experience. The center provides sports medicine and recovery areas, innovative training equipment and nutritional spaces, among other resources designed to help Trojans train, grow and build community.

A $7.5 million NIH grant is launching USC GeroSCORE, a new research center exploring why aging isn’t the same for everyone.
Researchers across disciplines will investigate how biological s*x, genetics, hormones, behavior and social factors influence aging throughout life, creating new tools that could help advance healthy aging research. After two years of designing, building and testing, USC students and faculty will now be able to watch their nanosatellite come to life. 🌍🚀
In July, MAVERIC — a nanosatellite, or a small research satellite, designed and built by USC Viterbi’s Space Engineering Research Center USC ISI — will launch aboard the SpaceX Falcon 9 rideshare mission.
Developed by over 60 students and faculty members, MAVERIC will study magnetic fields in space while testing new visualization technology in 2D and 3D that could help support future space missions.
