My name is ______________and i belong to _________________ .
I've passed my high school and intermediate from ______________School / college.
Currently i am pursuing my Diploma in Tool & Die Making 5th Semester from Jharkhand Government MSME Tool Room Ranchi. Sir, besides the details given in my resume i would like to tell u that i am a very optimistic and god fearing person. I get along well with people.
My biggest strength is my flexibility to handle changes and stay calm even in stressful situations and I would like to mention that I have inculcated this quality from my father as i have often seen him working in pressure hours and then also balance personal and professional life equally without any confusion. In my pass time i love to cook and sleep because these are the two activities after doing which i feel very rejuvenated and refreshed. This recharges me and i am ready to work again with full energy.
Q.1 Why should i hire u?
ans - i would like 2 say that i hope i fulfill all the requirements to be placed in a very successful organization like yours and besides this as i have already mentioned i am very flexible to changes and i love to learn from new situations and people around me and i know that
in a a globally exposed organization like (organisation ka naam ) change is the only thing which is consistent, also i would like to say that i am very committed to my work and responsibilitie

Q.2.Why Tata Motors/Tata TRF/JSPL/
MARUTI/dell/ibm/hcl etc ( is answer ke liye tumko pehle company ki website visit karni pAdegi aur fir uska vision and mission dekh kar apne answer me ussi hisab se change karna padega)
ans-I feel that being recruited in Tata Motors/Tata TRF/JSPL/MARUTI /dell/ibm/hcl will give a very good start to my career and working with such renowned organization and work culture would surely be a worthwhile opportunity for me.
sir also i would like to mention that the growth and development prospective in the organization are immense and spectacular.
last but not d least working under the guidance of such talented professionals like you will definitely
lead me to do very good position in my life and since my vision is that with team work we can work for a better tomorrow, which is quite similar to the vision of the organisation, it will be giving me more ownership to work and the skills that i would be sharpening by your able guidance will help me in doing good work for the organization.
Q.3 How will u be an asset to our organization?
ans- As i have already mentioned i am quick at learning and will do my work with utmost dedication and responsibility. in addition to this i strongly feel that as an individual my vision and the vision of the organization is in congruence, both being alike – “to provide the best-in-breed services by the best-in-class people and achieving higher and higher in an environment of fairness,honesty and courtesy”
( this will change from company to company)
and this will ultimately be very helpful in the growth of the organization along with my individual growth
Q.4 what will happen if i reject u?
ans- Sir,i would say that life gives us many wonderful opportunities and i know that this is one of them but surely this is not the end.
i'll be working upon my shortcomings and try to improve upon them as early as possible. I'll like to add that in the coming future i'll again be trying my luck in the organization as this is one of the establishments i always longed to work with and till then 'll surely be learning
and working with some other organization.
Q.5 as a competent character where do u see yourself 5 yrs down the line?
ans- sir as of now i am under going my Diploma in Tool & Die Making and if i take up a short term vision,and calculate it from now, i would say that after one year i will be joining your organisation, as i am hopeful that i will be selected today, and work as a DET/In plant trainee,
after 3 years from now i would see myself on a junior engineering level profile, and after 5 years from now i see my self as the project engineer in Your company. After 7 years from now, probably i would get married and still continue to work if you don't ask me to resign, and
after 10 years from now , i see my self at a senior level position of the organisation.
please let all of them going in for interviews have an access to it. it might help them.
