Congratulations to Welela Solomon for being awarded a recipient of the Dhablania & Kim Family Global Medicine and Health Fellowship for 2026–27 for her project, “Assessing the Barriers in Accessing Quality Antenatal Healthcare Services for Pregnant Women in Makerere Kivulu.” Welela will travel to Uganda to study barriers to accessing quality antenatal care among pregnant women in an informal urban settlement. Congratulations once again on receiving this award. Fight on!

Congratulations to Aaryan Midha for being awarded a recipient of the Dhablania & Kim Family Global Medicine and Health Fellowship for 2026–27 for his project, “Risk Factors for Congenital Syphilis Among Exposed Infants at Peru’s National Referral Maternity Hospital: A Five-Year Retrospective Mother-Infant Dyad Chart Review.” Aaryan will travel to Peru to study risk factors and prevention gaps for congenital syphilis among exposed mother-infant pairs using clinical data. Congratulations once again on receiving this award. Fight on!

Congratulations to Sophia Dettweiler for being awarded a recipient of the Dhablania & Kim Family Global Medicine and Health Fellowship for 2026–27 for her project, “Engaging Boys in Menstrual Health Education: A School-Based Survey in Kolkata, India.” Sophia will travel to India to study improving menstrual health literacy and reducing stigma among adolescent boys through school-based education. Congratulations once again on receiving this award. Fight on!
