One concept that has deeply shaped the way I experience life is the idea of the Divine Mother.
To me, the Divine Mother represents both the force of creation itself… and the force that lovingly guides that creation toward greater consciousness.
Not always through ease.
Sometimes through challenge.
Sometimes through loss.
Sometimes through periods where life feels deeply uncomfortable or uncertain.
But underneath it all, I try to trust that life is intelligent.
That what we are experiencing is not random punishment, but part of our own evolution.
A lesson.
An invitation.
A refinement of consciousness.
The more I’ve grown spiritually, the more I’ve realized that transformation is not only about effort, discipline, or control.
It also requires receptivity.
The willingness to let life teach you.
The willingness to pause long enough to ask:
“What is this experience trying to show me?”
That shift changed something profound in me.
Because when you begin relating to life this way, even painful experiences start holding meaning.
You stop seeing yourself as being attacked by life.
And begin participating with it.
To me, this is part of the essence of Divine Mother energy:
creation…
guidance…
presence…
and trust.
The understanding that even when life feels harsh, something deeper may still be unfolding intelligently beneath the surface.
Not everything is comfortable.
Not everything is easy.
But if we stay open, aware, and willing to evolve, life continually reshapes us into greater alignment with who we truly are.
That is the way I try to understand the Divine Mother.
Not as weakness or passivity…
But as an intelligent, nurturing force moving consciousness toward awakening.

There is a reason I speak about this work the way I do.
Because I’ve lived it.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by your own mind. To feel disconnected from yourself. To keep searching outside of yourself for clarity, validation, peace, direction… only to realize that none of it actually sticks until something shifts internally.
And that’s why I care so deeply about this work.
Not because I believe I have all the answers.
But because I know what it feels like to sit in confusion and want more for your life while not fully knowing how to access it.
I know what it feels like to want to change… but still feel stuck in the same patterns.
To feel the pull toward something bigger while simultaneously feeling afraid of it.
What I’ve learned through consciousness work, meditation, awareness, and deep self-observation is that transformation does not happen by becoming someone else.
It happens by becoming more honest with yourself.
More present with yourself.
More connected to yourself.
That is how you move from Point A to Point B.
Not through force.
Not through pretending.
Not through endlessly trying to “fix” yourself.
But through awareness.
Through learning how to recognize the patterns, thoughts, fears, and emotional loops that are quietly running your life beneath the surface.
Because once you become aware of them, you are no longer completely consumed by them.
And slowly… your life starts changing.
Your relationships change.
Your confidence changes.
Your energy changes.
The way you move through the world changes.
Not because life suddenly became perfect.
But because you became more connected to who you actually are.
That’s the work.
And if you’re here reading this, maybe some part of you already knows it’s time to come back to yourself too.
Follow along for more consciousness and perspective shifts. My clients are seeing massive results with these practices, and they can be helpful reminders from time-to-time in this busy world that we live in.

One of the most powerful realizations you can have is that your attention feeds your experience.
Wherever your mind continuously goes, your energy begins flowing there too.
Most people don’t realize how much time they spend focusing on what they fear, what they don’t want, or what they’re trying to avoid.
“I don’t want anxiety.”
“I don’t want to overthink.”
“I don’t want this to happen again.”
And while those thoughts are understandable, they still keep your attention locked onto the very thing you’re trying to move away from.
Consciousness work invites a different question:
What do you actually want to cultivate?
More calm?
More trust?
More groundedness?
More presence?
The moment you begin consciously directing your attention toward what you want to strengthen within yourself, something starts shifting.
Your thoughts change.
Your energy changes.
Your nervous system begins responding differently.
This doesn’t mean ignoring your struggles or pretending everything is positive all the time.
It means becoming more intentional about what you are feeding internally.
Your mind is powerful.
Your attention matters.
And over time, what you repeatedly focus on begins shaping the way you experience your life.

One thing I notice often is that the moment something good finally arrives, people immediately start preparing for it to disappear.
Preparing for struggle.
Preparing for disappointment.
Preparing for how hard it will be to hold onto.
But what if things are actually working out for you?
Not perfectly. Not without challenges. But genuinely working out.
So many of us were taught that life has to feel hard in order for us to deserve something meaningful. That’s why even when things align, we brace ourselves instead of allowing ourselves to feel it.
But hard work and suffering are not the same thing.
You can build a beautiful life with effort while still feeling aligned, supported, and at peace.
Maybe this next chapter doesn’t need to be built through fear.
Maybe it can be built through trust.
And maybe healing begins the moment you let yourself believe:
“Things might actually be working out for me.”
One-of the biggest differences in the way I work with people is this:
I’m not trying to give you something new.
I’m not trying to hand you a system, a set of tools, or a strategy to manage your life better.
Most approaches are built around adding something on top of who you already are.
More structure. More discipline. More ways to cope.
But what I’ve found over the years is that most people don’t need more.
They need less.
Less noise.
Less pressure to figure everything out.
Less reliance on trying to control their experience.
The work we do together is about removing what’s in the way.
Not forcing change, but creating space.
Space for you to see more clearly.
Space for you to notice what’s already happening inside of you.
Space for something deeper to come forward on its own.
It’s a very different experience.
And it’s not something you can fully understand just by thinking about it.
You have to feel it.

This is a new song that I wrote while healing in the mountains of Colorado. I’m aware that not all parts of nature are as beautiful as this in this moment. And I cannot do anything to stop the fires and hurricanes. But I can try and turn you attention to the memory of how beautiful Mother Nature can be. And how she longs to heal us and be healed in the process.
Let me know how you like it and if you’d like me to make an record it in a studio.
I’m going to be co-facilitating an amazing workshop called The Artist’s Circle with my good friend Wendy Parr. She has been developing this format as a safe space for artists of all stripes to come together and bond and open up and evolve. I’ll be leading some yoga and meditation and discussing the theme of releasing resistance. ———
The workshop is online next Saturday, August 22nd at 11 AM PST. Please let me know if you’d like more information if you’d like to join.
