We will go within and reconnect with your Inner Artist/Muse and Inner Child and hear what those parts of you want to create through you, overcome obstacles to doing it and launch a creative project or idea in a supportive group environment.

Week 1

Rediscovering your inspiration will fuel and inspire you in your creative journey.
Discussion about the artist in society, perceptions of the artist and what it truly means to be creative. Setting your intention for the coming weeks; a group guided Journey to rediscover and reconnect with your Inner Artist/Muse. Honoring our Inner Artist/Muse in action and activities.

Week 2
This week’s class adds a new dimension of what is possible in creating; you release judgments and limitations, while keeping your creativity fresh and alive.
Discussion about the Inner Child as a source of joy and unrestrained creativity; reconnect with your Inner Child and then experience the miracles as we connect your Inner Child to your creativity or Inner Artist/Muse. We will listen and honor the gifts of your Inner Child and actively bring your Inner Child forward to enhance your creative expression.

Week 3
Patterns of sabotage and limiting beliefs are healed so we can move forward and achieve our creative and artistic desires.
Discussion about obstacles and self sabotage and how they keep us from creative growth and protect us from fears of fully activating our potential to be present creatively in the world. We will discuss how to clear them and then do a journey to discover and clear any obstacles or fears that were holding you back. Then, we create an empowering action plan for success.

Week 4
This week you create and implement a plan to success, and a plan to continue creating optimally in our daily life.
Discussion about what we are creating, our creative goals and how we will achieve those goals. We will actively create our heart’s desire in journey and action.

Week 5

Last class: We share our achievements, and enjoy a very special deeply experiential ceremony!!

Looking forward to Unleashing your creativity by going within and discovering what really wants to be expressed through you and making a plan to do it, this includes clearing an obstacle that may be in the way, such as patterns of sabotage, fear of being seen or playing too small and inner or outer criticisms!
