A fine art academy in Los Angeles open to all levels that teaches foundations in painting and drawing for both Classical, Representational and Abstract art.

The Kline Academy of Fine Art officially opened in July of 2007 by artist, Cheryl Kline. We are a "different" place to learn to paint, draw and create. There are not many schools in the country that teach classical painting and even basic foundations to achieve classical and representational results...without the snobbery and for all levels. Many of our lessons are from live demonstrations is 10 t

imes more effective and since we are all working artists , we know how to paint and show you brush stroke by stroke. whether you are a novice or professional, and whatever your genre, we are committed to teaching you all that we know to help you become better at your art making. We will continue to add classes and workshops and grow into an important and creative aspect in the Los Angeles art scene. An interesting not about our location is that this is the same building where Kline studied in the late 80's and early 1990's with her mentor, Jan Seather at his Atelier, Bruhcion School of Realist Art.
