Whether your goal is leaving obesity behind or becoming a competition level athlete, we can help. Why should members join: We are an educational group delivering talks and resources for you to supercharge your fitness life. What can members expect out of the group: We have bi-monthly seminars where we talk about specific aspects of exercise and nutrition. On occasion we host fun events like hikes, rock climbing, etc....

Community: Everyone you meet here will be on a similar path to you. You might find a new accountability/gym partner or a new connection in another area. The intent is to have the strong support system to make change happen.
