Empowering young women in love & life

Grief doesn’t care what month it is.
And you don’t need to be “over it” by January as it’s not “new” - it’s a continuation. 🫶🏻❤️

👀 January isn’t a reset.

It’s a continuation with a new calendar year and for some reason we allow it to create all this pressure to “be better.”

The resolutions you set at the beginning probably no longer align with who you are today. I believe that change is a sign of growth. How freaking cool is it that you aren’t the same girl you were last year?

So, as you scroll over the next few days, please remember that social media is a highlight reel. If you start to feel shame for not accomplishing what you thought you would, dig deeper. Why do you feel that shame? Is it the pressure from social media?

This is your permission to take everything from this past year with you into 2026. After all, it’s just a silly calendars shift.

Wishing you, your family, and your friends a wonderful holiday season 🤍

sometimes the holidays serve as a reminder of what you’ve lost, what you’re longing for, what you’re currently struggling with, and the sadness in your heart. I am sending you extra love today 🫶🏻

Grief doesn’t have the option to take holidays off.

Holidays can make sadness feel a lot louder. If the holidays hurt instead of comfort this year, you’re not alone.

This is your reminder that nothing is wrong with you. Being an adult is really fu***ng hard and life can be a bitch sometimes. Give yourself a little grace.

Sending love to you, your family, and your friends this holiday season! 🤍

🫶🏻 Being a human is really fu***ng hard sometimes.

As a kid, the holidays were so much fun, filled with magic and surprises. As an adult, they seem to be filled with stress, trauma, disappointment and easily become the most overwhelming time of the year.

It sucks.

Knowing that your emotional brain reacts faster than your logical brain allows you to the opportunity to STOP and breathe the next time you’re feeling overwhelmed.

This is your reminder to pause. Take a deep breath and remember, you’re a bad ass bitch and you can handle anything that comes your way.

Wishing you, your family, and your friends a wonderful holiday season 🤍

xx

👀 Does this sound familiar?

“Why do I keep attracting the same kind of relationship?”

If you’ve ever asked yourself this, know this: it’s not a coincidence—it’s a pattern.

We don’t just attract relationships at random. We are drawn to familiar dynamics, even when they’re unhealthy.

The key to breaking free?

Identifying the core wounds that keep you stuck.

This can look like….

- Abandonment Wound → You fear being left, so you tolerate inconsistency.

- Unworthiness Wound → You believe love has to be earned, so you over-give.

- Rejection Wound → You take distance as proof that you’re unlovable.

Awareness is the first step to healing.

When you recognize your patterns, you can rewrite your story and start attracting relationships that actually serve you.

Drop a “❤️‍🩹” if you’re ready to break free from toxic cycles!

What’s one pattern you’ve noticed in your relationships?

Let’s chat in the comments.

✨ I LOVE MY CLIENTS

Before working with me, she felt stuck in a cycle of insecurity and unhealthy relationships after a heartbreaking breakup.

But through deep self-work, boundary-setting, and learning to communicate her needs, she completely transformed the way she shows up in dating, relationships, and even friendships.

This is why I do what I do. 💘

When you choose yourself first, everything shifts.

If you’re ready to break free from old patterns and step into the healthy, fulfilling love you deserve—my 1:1 coaching is here to guide you.

💌 DM me “GROW” if you’re ready to take the first step!
