This instructional video is based on the science of sports massage. It offers a step-by-step protocol for the Training application of the Russian Sports Massage on the Lower Extremities, with a client in the supine position.
Training Sports Massage is a simple yet highly effective tool of accelerating the adaptation of systems, organs and soft tissue in athletes; adaptation to the big physical loads as well as to the surrounding environment: high altitude, change of the time zone, temperature, humidity, etc.
The Training Sports Massage can replace sports training whenever an athlete cannot train for whatever reason (injury, illness, travel, i.e.) Thus, the athlete can remain at his/her "peak performance" level for up to12 days!!!
