Future Leaders in Action!
Our Operations Pathway students experienced an unforgettable day at EY Plaza in Downtown Los Angeles, where learning leaped beyond the classroom. From exploring the sleek offices to meeting EY professionals, students gained firsthand insight into the world of global business and professional services.
Each student delivered a personal pitch and received thoughtful, real-time feedback from EY’s team of experts—building confidence, communication skills, and professional presence. Later, they turned the tables, interviewing EY employees during an inspiring career panel, learning about career journeys, growth, and the power of networking.
Days like this remind me why experiential learning matters… because our students aren’t just studying success… they’re preparing to lead it!

October 30th, 2025 — The Annual LAX Aviation Career Day, hosted by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), brings awareness of careers in the aviation industry.
Students explored aviation career opportunities, spoke with, and discussed career paths with more than 30 companies!

We’re excited to kick off another year of learning, growth, and opportunity. Our pathway prepares students for careers in international trade, import, export, and transportation… industries that keep the world moving.
Students in our program gain hands-on experience, earn college credit through East Los Angeles College (ELAC), and build valuable skills to become internship-ready and career-ready. From classroom projects to field trips and guest speakers, we connect education with real-world experiences.
