Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts
RAIS is a fast-paced and high-energy improv comedy show for all ages, now celebrating its 15th year! RAIS features improv games that rely on audience suggestions and participation, very “Whose Line is it Anyway,” but 100% family-friendly, and voted “Best Kids’ Comedy Show” by LA Magazine. There’s a rotating cast so you’ll see different faces and games each performance. The cast specializes in creating a fun, safe environment for kids of all ages to participate and feel like superstars, we take our funny seriously!

🍁FALL WEEKLY CLASSES ARE BACK! (Session 4) Our beloved weekly program returns — seven weeks, grouped by age, ending with a performance for friends and family. Two hours a week of ensemble games, character scenes, life skills, and a whole lot of fun.
9-11am | $427 | Ages 6–8, 9–12, 13–17

⭐️IMPROV ADVANCED | AUDITION ONLY
For students who’ve completed at least three YADA Improv classes and are ready to go deeper. Advanced moves beyond foundational games into richer scene work, grounded character development, and an intro to long-form improv — plus TWO live performances instead of one. If your student has been growing in our regular program and is ready for the next challenge, this is the next step.

Join us for a magical morning at YADA Minis with a special Annie-themed Mini Drop-In! Our littlest performers and their caregiver get their first taste of theatre through music, movement, imagination, and creative play — all in a warm, welcoming space made just for them (and you!). The last 15min is free play for kids with coffee for adults, and community time for all.
