The Nails on the Road💅

Code was walking beside his father that afternoon, talking and smiling as they moved along the road. Everything felt calm and happy between them, and their conversation made the journey feel short.

But Code’s hands were restless and careless.

Without thinking, while still talking, he held a few sharp nails and casually dropped them onto the road. One after another, they fell quietly into the dust, unnoticed by him in that moment.

His father did not see it. He kept walking beside him, trusting the path in front of them.

Suddenly, everything changed.

His father stepped on one of the nails.

Code, Mango and the Rat

One evening, Code was lying on his bed eating a sweet, juicy mango. He enjoyed every bite so much that mango juice covered his fingers and hands.

His mother saw him and warned, “Code, wash your hands and mouth before you sleep.”

But Code replied, “I’m fine, Mom,” and continued eating.

A few minutes later, before he could clean himself, sleep suddenly caught him. He fell asleep with the sweet mango juice still on his fingers.

The house became quiet, and darkness filled the room.

Late at night, a large rat quietly entered the room. As it searched for food, it smelled the sweet mango juice on Code’s hand.
