Many of us are in our "good & grown" years, lol. We are in Midlife Renewal, Second Adulthood, Re-Inventing Ourselves in various ways.
I work with folks in this demographic because I am passionate about helping us maintain or find our Midlife Rhythm, and not settling down into a stale routine where birthdays just keep passing us by.
Although this is my personal page, I like to make the PSA sometimes...
I work with folks, mostly Black Women Over 40, who are eager to cultivate a more authentic life, and who want support navigating all of these transitions, including the twin sisters we're all meeting, Peri and Meno. Not sure anybody likes them either, but here we are!

It also means being open to new experiences and learning from them.
