Alliance is thrilled to kick off our celebration of ! This year’s theme explores our shared definition of what it means to advance equity and how this shows up in our history.
We not only want to focus on the triumphs of the Black experience throughout history, we want to celebrate overlooked Black and African American individuals who have empowered their communities, and left an indelible mark on history, industry and culture.
Alliance’s collective journey toward becoming a more anti-racist, pro-Black organization asks us to imagine a more just, equitable, and inclusive place to work, teach, and pursue excellence. By sharing stories of innovation from the spectrum of human history we hope to foster authentic connection to the ideals and values that define our organization.
