As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, remember that grief doesn’t follow a straight line. It has no timeline, no rules, and no “right” way to move through it.
This slideshow offers a closer look at grief - what it can feel like, how it may show up, and why giving ourselves grace through the process matters.
Whether your loss is recent or years old, your experience is valid. Share with a loved one. 💕💚

This Mental Health Awareness Month, remember that carrying loss and still choosing to keep going is a form of strength too. Be gentle with yourself and with others - you never know what someone is grieving in silence.
For many Black women, anxiety doesn’t always look obvious. Sometimes it lives quietly in the body, through exhaustion, tension, overthinking, and the pressure to keep pushing through.
This is your reminder to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. 💕
