All levels Yoga classes at Capital Community College for students, teachers, counselors and officers this fall 2020. The sessions will focus on synchronizing breath and movement. Students focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow to awaken strength, energy, and flexibility in a peaceful atmosphere.

We bring the practice of yoga to Willliams Soccer Academy players to increase core strength and flexibility, while decreasing the chance of injury as children grow. Each class is designed to:

✨Improve soccer fitness and technique while decreasing soccer-specific injuries
✨Strengthen both the body and mind of the soccer athlete
✨Grow confidence and body awareness through teamwork and mindfulness focused activities

When I do manually adjust my students, I never move or deepen the part of the body that is moving. I only stabilize the foundation to allow the student to move deeper and for the body to do the actual work of the posture. I believe the body will move where it needs to on its own. If I have to move them to get them deeper, their body is not ready for it!
