Drop a 💜 if you can relate
Something I hear A LOT from my clients is that stopping to eat feels unproductive or selfish. You're afraid to stop what you're doing, even if you notice you're hungry, because you're afraid you won't get back into the same headspace. You force yourself to push through because there are too many things on your to-do list to pause and eat. Only overeat or binge when you finally do eat.
While it might feel unproductive to hit the pause button, your body and mind work better when nourished and hydrated. Your ADHD 🧠 needs breaks throughout the day to recharge🔋
Why can going long periods without eating be problematic?
Your 🧠 needs fuel (👋 carbs) throughout the day to function optimally. Plus, eating inconsistently and/or skipping meals or snacks makes you more likely you'll binge at night. Not eating much or at all during the day keeps you stuck in the ADHD binge/restrict cycle. Finding ways to eat more consistently throughout the day is one of the keys to breaking this cycle!
Here's my mindset around taking breaks to nourish myself:
-Using breaks to eat a snack or meal IS productive because you're fulfilling a basic human need
-It's a chance to pause & connect with yourself (and others if you don't eat alone)
-It keeps the hunger monster away at night
-It's a tool I use to make transitioning between tasks easier

(Link in bio) The past 3 years have been wild. From knowing nothing about social media, to "going viral", to facing imposter syndrome, to meeting amazing friends, to handling trolls (not always well), to dealing with burn out, to almost giving up on it entirely...
I never followed any path that was laid out for me because there was none and I really struggled to find any social media guidance from any of my coaching certification programs or even fellow coaches. The overwhelm and uncertainty was real.
My aim for this program is to give people the help and support I wish I had in the very beginning. This isn't a "here's how to go viral course/have a billion followers", but rather a "hey, let's figure out what works for you and what you need to get going" with a little tips, tricks, do's, and don'ts, along the way.
Also, I'm teaching this program with the brilliant and amazing Meredith () so you're going to get SO MUCH EXPERTISE. Not to mention we're throwing in a 1 on 1 mentor session with one of us so you will definitely get everything you need out of this.
